Commission Based Internship Opportunity at Pinco for all college students and graduates wanting to pursue a career in Sales and Marketing

Pinco is expanding its team and we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Interns. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing company while earning through a commission-based model. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and generating new leads for the company
- Work on various marketing campaigns and help increase brand awareness
- Manage client relationships and assist in business development efforts
- Develop and execute sales strategies for different target markets
- Help with market research and competitor analysis
- Track and report on performance metrics
- Work on creative marketing solutions and promotional activities

Requirements:
- Passion for sales, marketing, and business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-based pay (earning potential based on performance)
- Flexible working hours (part-time/full-time)
- Internship completion certificate after 3 months
