1. Plan and execute project interventions as per set objective, goal and expected outcomes. 2. Mentoring the community-based volunteer and parents through regular visits at project sites. 3. Supporting community-based volunteer to ensure creative educational inputs are provided to achieve targeted project outcome. 4. Ensure 100% enrolment of beneficiaries as per set target for the year. 5. Mobilize beneficiaries for monthly health check-up at DMF hospital. 6. Ensuring 100% enrolled children are attend ECE sessions as per plan monthly basis. 7. Organize monthly parents meeting at project site 8. Monthly submission of good quality case studies of beneficiaries with impact details and share timely. 9. Coordinating with government officials of ICDS / village sarpanch & local leader on a regular basis. 10. Coordinate, plan and execute school readiness index (SRI) assessment with target group children. 11. Supporting in data capture photographs, video, etc. of interventions etc. at project site 12. Collect MIS data and submit timely to reporting official monthly basis. 13. Organizing meetings, events, and other miscellaneous work.
